1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, orders, and deliveries of products and services offered by Brand Gratitude Gifts.

2. Products & Services
2.1 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.
2.2 Product images on our website or catalog are for representation purposes only. Actual products may vary in color, size, or packaging.
2.3 Customization or branding services for corporate gifts will be provided as per mutually agreed specifications.
3. Pricing & Payments
3.1 All prices are listed in Rs and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Prices may change without prior notice. Confirmed orders will be honored at the price agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
3.3 Payment terms:
- For retail orders – 100% advance payment.
- For corporate/bulk orders – 50% advance payment, balance before dispatch/delivery.
3.4 We accept payments via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, etc..
4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
4.1 An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from our side.
4.2 Cancellations:
- Retail orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Corporate/bulk orders: Cancellation after production begins will result in forfeiture of the advance amount.
4.3 Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
5. Delivery & Shipping
5.1 Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
5.2 Shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise in the invoice.
5.3 Gratitude Gifts will not be responsible for delays caused by courier companies, transporters, or events beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
6.1 Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
6.2 Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
6.3 Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
7. Warranty & Liability
7.1 We do not provide warranties unless explicitly mentioned for a specific product.
7.2 Our liability for any product defect is limited to replacement or refund as per our discretion.
7.3 Gratitude Gifts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All designs, logos, and content on our website and marketing materials are the intellectual property of Gratitude Gifts.
8.2 Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nashik District Court.
10.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik
